What is the Lake Anna Brewfest?
A: The Lake Anna Brewfest is a festival located at Lake Anna, Virginia, that promotes both great Virginia Breweries but also the Lake Anna community and it’s businesses. Patrons will have access to 4 ounce samples of over 75 craft brews from all around Virginia and world. Patrons will also have access to amazing local food from Lake Anna area restaurants and great music.
How much does it cost to get into the festival?

How much are children and people under 21?
A: Children under 16 are free and ages 16-20 are $10 each.
What is included with General Admission tickets?
A: With General Admission tickets, you gain access to the festival, receive a free Brewfest sample mug, six (6) beer sample tickets, great music, access to amazing food vendors from all around the Lake Anna area.
What is included with VIP tickets?
A: With VIP tickets, you gain access to the festival, receive a free Brewfest sample mug, entrance to the VIP tent which has exclusive beers only in the VIP tent, unlimited samples, great music, access to amazing food vendors from all around the Lake Anna area.
How many beers can I sample with one sample ticket?
A: Every beer sample is only one (1) beer sample ticket. With your General Admission ticket, you receive six (6) beer sample tickets which allows you to sample six beers.
Can I purchase additional beer sampling tickets?
A: Yes, additional beer sampling tickets can be purchased at the event at $1.00 per ticket. You cannot purchase additional sampling tickets prior to the event.
Can I purchase a full beer?
A: Yes, all ticket holders (VIP and General Admission) can purchase a full beer by using drink tickets. To purchase a full beer it costs four (4) drink tickets.
What is included with the Designated Driver tickets?
A: The Designated Driver tickets give you access to the festival, but you will not be allowed to sample any beer. You will still have access to all the vendors, great entertainment and amazing food from all around the Lake Anna area.
Is the event family friendly?
A: Yes, the event is family friendly, there will be moon bounces, face painters and more.
Can I volunteer for the event?
A: Yes, you are always looking for volunteers to join our Brewcrew. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the festival and would not run with out them. We encourage people to volunteer to help make the Brewfest as enjoyable for all as possible and learn about great craft beers.
What do I get out of being a volunteer?
A: Volunteers will get to work with representatives to learn about our craft beers, volunteers also receive free VIP admission to the event after their shift is over.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: No outside food or drink is allowed through the gate.
Will there be non-alcoholic drinks available?
A: Yes, non-alcoholic drinks and water will be available at the festival.
What can I NOT bring into the event?
A: Things that are NOT allowed into the festival are: backpacks, coolers, outside food and drink, tents and pets (with the exception of dogs on a leash under 6′ long or less).
What can I bring into the event?
A: You can bring in chairs, frisbees, footballs, cornhole and any other activites you want to bring in.
What happens if it rains?
A: This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds due to weather. Please dress appropriately.
Can I leave the event and then return?
A: No, there is no re-entry to the event once you leave.
Will there be Will Call?
A: No, people who purchase tickets in advance through EventBrite have to print out their tickets and bring them with you. If you do not have your ticket, you cannot enter the event.
When is the last beer poured?
A: The last beer will be poured at 4:30pm.
Will any of the beer run out?
A: Yes, beer will run out. The popularity of some beers along with supplies make it impossible to guarantee a certain beer will be available.
Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes, dogs are allowed but must be on a lease that is no longer than 6′ in length.
Where can I park?
A: Parking will be available at the State Park. Attendants will show you where to park when you arrive.
How much is parking?
A: The Lake Anna State Park collects a parking fee raning from $5 – $7.50 per car. Please check with the Lake Anna State Park to obtain the correct fees for your car.
Are discounted group tickets available?
A: Yes, discounted group tickets are available if you purchase 20 or more tickets at a single time.
